About the Role:
Join JFS4 Enterprises LLC as a Landscape Maintenance Foreman, where you will lead a dedicated team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about landscaping and committed to delivering exceptional service in West Conshohocken, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily landscaping operations and manage a team of maintenance staff.
- Coordinate and execute landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and planting.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies on job sites.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess maintenance needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide updates on projects.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Train and mentor team members on landscaping techniques and best practices.
- Assist in scheduling and planning of landscape projects to meet client expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related field, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and maintenance practices.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage team dynamics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
- Certification in landscaping or related fields is a plus.
